About HQ Community OUTREACH PROGRAM, INC.

Since 2006, Jamal McCoy and the team at Headquarters Barber & Beauty Salon, Inc. (HQ) have opened their doors not only to serve clients, but also to serve their community. Through free haircuts, mentorship, resource connections, and other acts of service, HQ has become a trusted gathering place where relationships are built and neighbors are supported.

What began as a grassroots commitment to giving back has grown into Headquarters Community Outreach Program, Inc. (HQCOP), expanding the community service efforts established by the team at HQ.

Today, HQCOP supports individuals and families through Thanksgiving food drives, Christmas toy giveaways, winter coat distributions, financial literacy sessions, health fairs, youth empowerment activities, and other community-based initiatives.

HQCOP also spearheads HQ’s signature event, the Annual Celebration of Fathers, which honors fathers and positive male role models while connecting families with valuable community resources, services, and support.
